Powermeter Based Bike Coaching
$120 per month. Monthly commitment
Get the most from your powermeter! Learn where the "gaps" are in your power, and train to fix them. Many triathletes overlook short duration power. Increasing your power through your entire range will help immensely on race day.

Race-Specific Fueling and Hydration Plan
$35 per race
Many have had their race ruined by not plannning their nutrition. Diarrhea, bonking, stomach cramps and dehydration are all common. Don't leave this to chance! A good plan will let you race to your maximum potential. Fill out our one-page questionnaire, and after a brief phone conversation we'll get you your plan within 48 hours!
- Customized fueling plan for your next marathon, half-ironman, or olympic distance triathlon.
- Detailed listing of exactly how many calories to take at each point in the race. Covers gels, sports drinks, water, and whatever else you use on race day.
- Gives food suggestions for the three days before the race and detailed instructions starting on race morning.
